Our software understands specific portion sizes such as ounces, grams, cups, teaspoons, and tablespoons as well as sizes of foods, like small or large bananas. You can log over 13k common foods, 20k restaurants, and 750k branded food items... all by saying what you ate.
Orum Training also includes a variety of exercise programs created by certified fitness professionals. We designed our programs using the progressive overload principle over a 12 week period. Week by week the workouts get a little bit harder, forcing your body to grow and adapt.
